My first Merlin fanart and it's for a stranger's fanfic...wow am I a nerd. Anyway! Compilation fanart for mercurial_wit's epic Merlin fanfic, Quickening Days. [link] Complete with requested scenes from a friend who throughly enjoyed the fic without having ever seen a single episode of the show FDDDD. Downloading for the huge file view might help with reading the text, but I think I like the art best at 880x679...which isn't quite the same size as the full view on this, but it's probably pretty close.
Some parts of this are kinda crappy, but I'm fairly proud of others, I think. So...yay.  |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. ...maybe it isn't sane to be fangirling over the fanart of a fanfiction? I don't care, I'm still staring!
Oh! and also, you should keep drawing chibis, the whole point is for them to be little, with big heads, little to no detail on the bodies, and only the essence of the expression or feeling you want them to have. Which I think you captured perfectly. Specially in the "good morning, Gwen" scene.
